Three years ago, my family and I visited Misahuallí in the province of Napo. It was a wonderful experience because I felt connected with nature. When we got there, we walked around the river and observed a great variety of plants and animals, there were many exotic flowers and also monkeys in the trees. Then, we navigated the river until we arrived at a Sichi Warmi indigenous community, where they showed us their gastronomy, dance, music and customs. We also took many pictures with colorful parrots. Although, I was really astonished when a man was holding a snake.
